Binance Launches U.S. Stocks Trading and Previews bStocks Tokenized Securities

A major step in Binance's vision to build a multi-asset financial super app for investing, trading, and on-chain finance

ABU DHABI, UAE, June 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Binance today introduced U.S. equities trading, giving eligible users access to more than 7,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs. The launch reflects Binance's belief that financial inclusion grows meaningfully when access to opportunities becomes simpler and more integrated. Binance will also soon introduce tokenized U.S. stocks, marking another step in its vision of a multi-asset financial super app.

Enabled through Binance's ADGM broker-dealer, Nest Trading Limited, the new offering expands Binance's multi-asset platform by bringing U.S. equities trading and a path to tokenization into a unified user experience. By reducing friction around how users access and hold major traditional assets, Binance is building on an approach already proven in products like perpetual futures.

Eligible users will be able to trade U.S. equities with zero commission, purchase fractional shares starting at just $5, and have direct ownership of the equities held by a U.S.-regulated clearing broker, including eligibility for applicable dividends and corporate actions. Select equities will also be available for 24/5 trading. Purchases will primarily be made using USDC, with support for BNB, USDT, USD1, and $U, and sale proceeds will be received in USDC. Fully Paid Securities Lending (FPSL) will be available, allowing eligible users to earn passive income by lending their stock holdings.

In the coming weeks and subject to regulatory approvals, Binance will also introduce bStocks, tokenized securities representing select U.S. stocks and ETFs, issued by BTECH Holdings Ltd, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Once launched, bStocks tokenized securities will be available for trading on Binance Exchange.

As the largest digital assets exchange by trading volume and users, Binance will offer a native bridge from traditional stock ownership to programmable, always-on tokenized assets at a global scale that few others can match. This unlocks mobility and utility for real-world equities within and beyond the Binance ecosystem, enabling continuous on-chain access and potential DeFi applications, from lending to liquidity provision.

Nanostrukturen bis zu einem Quadratmeter: Thüringer Konsortium startet Langfristprojekt

In Thüringen ist ein großangelegtes Forschungsprojekt zur nächsten Generation der Nanostrukturierung gestartet. Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler der Technischen Universität Ilmenau, der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena und des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Angewandte Optik und Feinmechanik (IOF) in Jena entwickeln gemeinsam eine Hochpräzisionsmaschine, die Nanostrukturen auf Flächen von bis zu einem Quadratmeter erzeugen und vermessen soll. Die geplante 3D-Nanolithographie- und Nanomessmaschine (3D-NLM) soll dabei eine Positionierungsgenauigkeit erreichen, die kleiner ist als ein Atom. Die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) unterstützt die erste Projektphase bis 2027 im Rahmen des Programms „Neue Geräte für die Forschung“ mit vier Millionen Euro.

Mit dem Vorhaben zielt das Konsortium auf eine Größenordnung, die bestehende Anlagen deutlich übertrifft. Bisher lassen sich hochpräzise Nanostrukturen auf photonischen Bauteilen nach Angaben der Projektbeteiligten nur bis zu einem Durchmesser von etwa 30 Zentimetern zuverlässig herstellen. Die neue Anlage soll Bearbeitungen und Messungen von Bauteilen mit Kantenlängen von bis zu einem Meter ermöglichen – und damit eine mehr als dreifache Vergrößerung der nutzbaren Fläche erschließen. Die Entwicklungsarbeiten an der Maschine sind angelaufen; das Gesamtprojekt ist in drei Phasen bis 2032 angelegt.

Nanostrukturen gelten seit rund zwei Jahrzehnten als Schlüsseltechnologie, weil sie Licht gezielt beeinflussen können, indem sie dessen Wellenlänge und Ausbreitung steuern. Solche Strukturen finden sich bereits heute in großflächigen Bauteilen, etwa in Displays moderner Fernsehgeräte, die auf Nanotechnologie basieren. Nach Einschätzung der Forscherinnen und Forscher reicht die Genauigkeit bestehender industrieller Lösungen jedoch nicht aus, um künftige Anforderungen in zentralen wissenschaftlichen und technologischen Anwendungsfeldern zu erfüllen.

Die in Thüringen entstehende 3D-NLM soll genau diese Lücke adressieren. Perspektivisch könnte die Maschine zur Fertigung und Charakterisierung elektronischer und photonischer Schaltkreise ebenso eingesetzt werden wie zur Herstellung von Hochleistungsoptiken für die Erdbeobachtung. Auch in der Energieforschung sehen die Projektpartner potenzielle Einsatzfelder. Durch die Kombination aus großflächiger Bearbeitung und atomnaher Präzision erhoffen sich die Beteiligten einen technologischen Sprung, der sowohl der Grundlagenforschung als auch der Entwicklung neuer Komponenten in der Optik- und Elektronikindustrie zugutekommen könnte.
